  • Dunham Disco: A lively, medium-sweet cider made from Discovery apples. With a hint of pink and a punchy 4.8% ABV, this lightly sparkling cider is perfect for any occasion. Its refreshing sweetness and full mouthfeel make it an ideal session cider that keeps the party going.
  • Red Eye: A bright, medium-sweet cider that reflects the natural sweetness of our late-season dessert apples. With a 6% ABV, it’s perfect for pairing with roast pork, moules marinière, or a nutty cheese board. Best enjoyed chilled, Red Eye is summer in a glass.
  • Dabbler: Our traditional West Country-style medium dry cider, gently sparkling with a long, smooth finish. With a 6.5% ABV, it pairs beautifully with hearty meals like cottage pie, pizza, or a classic ploughman’s lunch.

    • Eligibility for Returns: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Non-returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns on consumable products such as apple juice, cider, or other food items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
    • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@dunhamapples.co.uk. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

    Refunds

    • Eligibility for Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
    • Damaged or Faulty Products: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@dunhamapples.co.uk. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

  • At Dunham Apples, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible. Below is information regarding our shipping options, processing times, and costs.

    • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
    • Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods, such as during the Apple Festival or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

    Shipping Rates and Times

    • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
    • Free Shipping: Orders within a 7km distance of Dunham Apples can have there order delivered for free. 

    Delivery

    • All orders are delivered via Parcel Force, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
    • Delivery Issues: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
